In Store Returns of Merchandise

All new merchandise returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, have prior approval, and be returned prepaid within ten (10) days from the date of shipment or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.  ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Online Orders Return Policy

Please contact Delco Diesel Services within 30 days via phone 1-800-256-0395 or email if you would like to return a product purchased online, shipping charges are non-refundable. Any products returned must be unused and in original packaging to receive purchase price refund, Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Delco Diesel Acceptance Policy

All cores must be returned prepaid, within 30 days from the date of shipment and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or a core tag. Delco Diesels must be like part numbers unless prior arrangements for an equivalent have been made. Delco Diesels must be complete, assembled, not having been previously disassembled, or reassembled from scrap. Deductions will be made from the core charges for externally damaged cores from abuse, wrecks, fire, rust, or seizure. Delco Diesels not returned within 30 days are subject to a reduction in core credit.
